How do I order ? You may order by phone, fax or our on-line order form. It is best if you load the order form with the first product then minimise and re-open your browser on the webpage of your choice. You can then keep restoring / minimising until you have completed your order. Please ensure you mark the correct "payment type" box on the order form & use the submit button only once.

I do not have an account with you. How do I pay ? Goods will not be dispatched to non-account holders without payment first being received. You may pay by cheque, LC, bank transfer, credit or debit card, we do not accept cash in the mail. Please note that there may be a  4% processing charge on credit & debit card purchases.

How do I know how much it will cost ?  If requested you will receive a detailed proforma invoice by return, either emailed, faxed or snail-mailed (as requested), when you will be advised of shipping date. Please contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy. All amounts shown will be in GBP (£'s) (UK pounds sterling). You are advised to check current exchange rate if you live outside the UK. Your card will be debited in your local currency by your card company on the date the transaction reaches them.

Is there a minimum order ? We are trade suppliers, and as such cannot supply retail quantities. You may however order one item only. Carriage and handling to UK mainland addresses is charged as follows; GBP 11.75 on orders below GBP 250.00, orders below GBP 80.00 also attract a small order surcharge of GBP 6.00 . UK highland, island &  export orders, carriage at cost. The minimum order quantity for each item is shown next to the order button under each item.

How will I receive my goods ? All goods are dispatched on a "to be signed for" basis. Small orders weighing less than 2Kg will generally go 1st class recorded mail. Larger weights within UK on overnight carrier. Export orders subject to carriage type used.

It's the wrong thing. Can I return it ? You may return any "from-stock" item ordered within 7 days all items must be complete and in original condition & packaging. You must first call UK 0871 376 4303 or International +441978720072 to receive a returns authorisation and number. No goods will be accepted for return which were not a stock item & "ordered-in" on special order for you or not allocated a returns number. Goods value only, less 15% of list price (restocking charge) will be credited. Goods returned without a returns number will only be credited @ less 30% of list price. A "credit on account" can only be offered against goods correctly supplied which qualify for above.  If returned goods have been supplied free of handling & carriage charge and the return of goods lowers the original order value below the carriage free amount, a handling & carriage will be also deducted from the credited amount. i.e. If the goods order value was over £250.01 net and delivered free of charge some or all the goods are then returned our standard handling charge will be deducted from the original credit before a credit-note is issued. We do not offer a refund for goods which were supplied in perfect condition as ordered. We can only offer a credit on account.

How do I know I will get my goods ? You don't really, except we have serviced the packaging, printing & needle trades for many years and want to be here many years in the future. The only way we can do that is to keep persuading you to come back. If you pay by credit card your transaction is probably underwritten by your credit card company and we won't get paid unless we have delivered the goods.

I want to order regularly how do I get a credit account ? Credit accounts are available to addresses within the UK only and to purchasers who will spend over GBP 150.00 monthly / GBP 1800.00 annually, subject to us receiving satisfactory credit references.

I can't find the item I want ? Please use our Product enquiry / sample request form   and we will get right back to you.

Can I get a sample before I order ? We are happy to supply small samples for quality / colour verification . We will not supply multiple items for you to make your prototypes. Higher value items will be charged for at their highest discounted price, carriage may also be requested. Please use our Product enquiry / sample request form
