Mercerised "Halfbleached" 100% cotton thread (GBP per 5000m cone)

This 100% mercerised cotton thread is supplied in "half-bleached" and specifically designed for sewing mercerised cotton garments which are intended to be post-dyed. It is produced from high quality long staple fibre cotton specially treated under tension to facilitate a greater lustre and superior strength. Mercerising ensures this thread will have a higher affinity to dyestuffs makes it the ideal choice for sewing
100% cotton garments whether or not they are will be post-dyed.
